We use trusted, secure 3rd Party Payment processing services provided by WorldPay.
This means card data is secured by suitable encryption when the payment transaction is processed.

Audio is registered under the Data Protection Act as exempt. We only ask
for information that is pertinent to the sale and do not disclose any
information to any party not directly concerned with the sale.
Any
data collected on our website may be stored for future reference. This
includes personal and card details.
All data is collected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998
Other security issues
We do not use cookies in anyway that will compromise
security without the users consent. On some pages it may be possible to
store personal information for your convenience. Full information is given
and it is always optional.
Other cookies may be used to track you through our
site and help us understand you as a customer but these do not affect
security in any way.
Emails
Anywhere on our site you submit your e-mail address
we may add you to our mailing list. We DO NOT pass our e-mail list or
any other information onto third parties.
We may email you from time to time regarding special
promotions or offers we are running. If you do not wish to receive these
emails please follow the instructions at the footer of every subscription
email.
Customer Service and Support staff are on hand to answer
any queries that you may have and are empowered to sort any problems out
to your satisfaction.

Methods of payment
We accept all major credit cards. Specifically Visa,
Mastercard, Visa Debit, Switch, American Express, Diners Club. We
do not accept electron cards for customer not present transactions. If
you do not have a credit/debit card we accept cheques and postal orders.
Only send cash by registered post. We can arrange finance (details upon
application). If you have a query about the prices then please contact
us. If there is a mistake on the site caused by whatever reason, we reserve the right not to supply any item.
All website card transactions are handled securely in real time by WorldPay.
We will only deliver to the cards registered address and which we always
check using various Address verification systems.
You can write to your card issuer and inform them of an alternative delivery
address to be registered to your card.
HW Audio will not take any payment for goods not in
stock when ordered on our website.
Satisfaction gauranteed
If
you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it
in its original condition within 7 working days by insured post or carrier at your
risk. We'll gladly exchange it, offer you a different product of equal
value, or give you a refund less the cost of sending it to you.
Unsealed CD's, printed music or any other copyrighted material or perishable
items are exempt.
If you wish to return an item or require more information on returning
goods please contact us.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Delivery and carriage
All orders from within the UK, received before 4pm,
for goods that we have in stock, are wherever possible, despatched on
a next day delivery or 1st class post where appropriate. A signature may
be required on delivery.
Details of delivery charges.
If you do not receive your goods within 2 days of
ordering for goods that are marked "IN STOCK", please call or email and we will contact the carrier on your
behalf to locate your order.
Gaurantees
HW Audio Ltd offers 12 months guarantee on all new
and ex-demonstration items. All 2nd hand equipment is covered by a 3 month
guarantee. Some manufacturers offer 2 years and even 3 years warranty
on selected items. Please contact us if you need more details on these.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Complaints
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. The customer
is our reason for being, without the customer we are nothing. Any complaints
that cannot be resolved by our staff should be referred to our Director,
Mr Richard Harfield, who can be contacted via our usual details . Any resolution to a complaint will be in the customers
interest and will be fair and equitable.
