If you do not have a credit/debit card we accept cheques and postal orders. Only send cash by registered post. We can arrange finance (details upon application). If you have a query about the prices then please contact us. If there is a mistake on the site caused by whatever reason, we reserve the right not to supply any item.

We will only deliver to the cards registered address and which we always
check using various Address verification systems.
You can write to your card issuer and inform them of an alternative delivery
address to be registered to your card.
HW Audio will not take any payment for goods not in stock when ordered on our website.
If
you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it
in its original condition within 7 working days by insured post or carrier at your
risk. We'll gladly exchange it, offer you a different product of equal
value, or give you a refund less the cost of sending it to you.
Unsealed CD's, printed music or any other copyrighted material or perishable
items are exempt.
If you wish to return an item or require more information on returning
goods please contact us.

All orders from within the UK, received before 4pm, for goods that we have in stock, are wherever possible, despatched on a next day delivery or 1st class post where appropriate. A signature may be required on delivery.
If you do not receive your goods within 2 days of ordering for goods that are marked "IN STOCK", please call or email and we will contact the carrier on your behalf to locate your order.
HW Audio Ltd offers 12 months guarantee on all new and ex-demonstration items. All 2nd hand equipment is covered by a 3 month guarantee. Some manufacturers offer 2 years and even 3 years warranty on selected items. Please contact us if you need more details on these. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. The customer is our reason for being, without the customer we are nothing. Any complaints that cannot be resolved by our staff should be referred to our Director, Mr Richard Harfield, who can be contacted via our usual details . Any resolution to a complaint will be in the customers interest and will be fair and equitable.
